  • NOT make it and be EXCLUDED out of the game

    Votes: 5 41.7%

  • Total voters
    12
  • Poll closed .
Vote people, vote!

That is the effect of Fox news bringing it to the attention of their viewers (Las Vegas) - they are now voting - unfortunately for them they seem to be voting more for Paris than their American city :p

without some kind of media support (local in Toronto or even national - if you have such), I see it quite bad...

so write to local media, blogs, etc...

tell friends, make a difference :))

Toronto is mostly out of the premium 20 - and there are cities (such as Cairo), that starts to grow in these days, and I bet so called patriotism of Egyptians is much higher then Canadians, even though obviously they heve little access to the internet

Ii'm afraid Toronto will not make it, not only because there are many 'nay-sayers' but also because it's not 'accepted' so much in other Canadian cities

Toronto won't make it. It's not world class like Riga, Queenstown, and Belgrade. It's a second-rate city like Frankfurt, Moscow, and Seoul.

:D

Wait only when Russians will know that there is such a voting, and you'll see Moscow on first position

Toronto has got no chance - Torontonians do not care at all, and generally Canadians... well they prefer to vote NYC and anything American:D

Sorry, some of us are too busy aspiring to be "world class" (cringe) through thinking, working and doing, instead of voting online for our rightful place on a board game.

Clearly, our inability to get ahead of Timbuktu is a symptom of our deep indifference and malaise at the heart of our psyche. If only we are on Monopoly, countless children will leave their DS and PSP in dust and be indoctrined by our superiority! (well, the ones who can afford games anyways, woe to those who can't)

As to the Russians voting en masse, well at least that should mean less spam coming this way.

AoD

Well for all the cynics out there, Toronto made it! :)

Although Vancouver and Montreal were ahead with Montreal taking the most expensive piece of property on the board! Go Canada! ... although I really have no idea how they decided the exact positions.
