Apparently the one on 25 King does, but call and ask anyways. They can probably tell you whether they carry the Sunday edition as well.
Not that I am suggesting you should trek over to Pearson, but I am fairly certain they would carry it there as well

The Toronto Reference Library has copies of the New York Times, though they cannot leave the basement in most cases.

There’s a certain cloud of cerebral-meets-soul joy that happens when a few people share, section by section, a Sunday New York Times with those big beautiful ads that graphic artists worked on. Love it. I’ve subscribed to nytimes.com for over a decade but I still, occasionally, will buy a print version of it to share.
