correct me if I am wrong but I believe that that is the pavilion for the Don River Park. The District Energy Centre is to come in a future phase.

I'm surprised this hasn't made it onto here, but at the last West Don Lands Committee Meeting, it was announced that WDL District Energy was kaput, sadly.

Yep! That's pretty old news though right ? At least there were rumblings of this from over a year ago from what I recall.
What are they doing instead ?
