We haven't received any delay notices and we're in the 7th floor and our occupancy date is mid October

Yes - from Sept 21, 2023 to Nov 20, 2023 (4th floor, East building)

Yes I got November as well

Got postponed as well from October to December (7th floor in the east tower)

FYI since the dates in Sept/Oct provided to purchasers were "Firm Occupancy Date", the additional delay into Nov/Dec should create entitlement to claim $150/day, up to amaximum of $7,500, based on Tarion warranty rules (https://www.tarion.com/homeowners/condo-units-coverage-occupancy-dates-delays-cancellations)

My early DEC firm occupancy east tower 12th floor hasnt changed YET!
But the recurring posts indicate a 2 month span so the YET May change to FEB 2024
Ugh!!!!!!!!!!!!!
