Last developer communique was TENTATIVE occupancy October 2021 ( Last July 2020 ) ....hehehehehehe possibly their attempt at being cute

They do Ive Been its fun ..... from what ive read the land STACK is on is set as and to be parkland, they were given a 3 year lease with a 2 year extension. Going on year 3 soon

Not sure about the price now, but we paid $790,000 for our unit which is approx. 860sqft (with parking and locker)

Firm Occupancy Date is scheduled for Sept 21, 2023 (4th floor, East building)

Our date is on October 12th but I guess that depends on the building and floor number. We're in the east building, 7th floor

Super curious IF each tower will have its own corporation TSCC # or combined , and if the building will register before the lofts are completed.
