From that angle I say that Verve is a really positive addition to this aged apartment neighbourhood. It acts as a peak or signature-tower to an area that was in desperate need of something new. For all of Verve's faults I must admit that I am liking this building more and more each day. I initially thought this was a failure or yet another scar on the city. I don't think that anymore.
