Owner Pulled out.
A lot of cancelled projects recently and this seems to be one. Shoring rig nothwithstanding. Can't make the numbers work.

Well this is no good. I was wondering if it had gone south when I saw that none of the shoring had commenced yet and thought it may have been a permit issue.

Yes! Always good to not have a couple extra thousand cars flood an area. And perhaps the city can turn it into a park instead? There's not much green space in the area especially to the south. The openness of the corner is nice as is right now.

don't get too excited, this will likely get sold and a new buyer will build a slightly different version of it.
