This is SO bad.

Looking from the east, it's kinda bulky too and I barely notice the white balconies. I'm really surprised that this looks worse than DNA3 -- how did they manage that? Is the spandrel a shade lighter?

I think they're about the same height (198 m). I have no ideas about the other dimensions.
