The towers are meh, but the retail will be key for this areas success.

Looking back at the pix of the models, the podiums of the buildings are better than I expected, especially of the retail part. I too hope for good retail.

Yep, this will be the centre of the community for at least a few years. It has booze, coffee, food and medication, all the retail basics that this area is currently lacking.
