In a bizarrely ironic way--both feature the same architect--I wish Lanterra's Old Mill project had been built here--ie this area is screaming out for some red brick to break the glass ww dreariness--while the Old Mill area could benefit from some stunning modern glass midrises--aA perhaps?

Get yourself a few billion dollars and you could probably reclad Versailles or the Pyramids. Why aim for an Etobicoke condo development. Dream a little dreamer.

Lots of progress here. The Metro has its brick wall, while it appears there's going to be a high-celinged retail unit facing Park Lawn Road. I wonder what's going in there…

Great update! I really like this complex because of what it will add to the whole area: much needed practical retail.

Luv da brix!

Not sure what will be going in those tall retail units, if any. They don't seem deep enough to have retail.

Shoppers, Metro and TD confirmed.

There were rumours of a Starbucks and LCBO, but nothing concrete (at least not showing up on Onni's docs).
