I believe only the lower floors of the tower portion is occupied. Many units has a "scheduled for PDI" sign posted on the door, so there will be a lot more activities happening here soon.

The building promises 24 hr security so chances are, there are cameras. It's not unusual.

I thought Plazacorp should install the cameras. However, I went inside the lobby and garage and I did not see any cameras there. Is there anyone who actually see these cameras installed? Personally, I think WHC1 without cameras are toooooooooooo wierd for this beautiful highrise building!!!!!!!!!!111

Digital cameras are pretty small and discrete now so perhaps your missing them or maybe the cables have been pulled but the camera package hasn't been installed yet. I can't imagine a new building not installing security cameras in a parking garage but camera's aren't common in lobbies. Elevator cameras are easy to spot, they're found in the top of the cab in one of the corners.
