This one is definitely 40 storeys plus mechanical, as per the current New Condo Guide (Feb 18-Mar 4), page 30, and corroborated by Jason's diagram above...

Knowing Daniels, they will probably start construction soon after it goes on sale in the summer.

The sales office is being built on a lot beside One Park Tower.
