Waterscapes is going black...

The underside of the balconies are being painted black, a long with apparently black railings and darker bricks being used on the ground floor.

There's been some black metal railings installed on a few balconies to test how they look. You can see them slightly on floors 6 & 7 in the picture above. Drywall is underway, with the metal wall framing already completed on some floors. We should all be getting a confirmed occupancy date soon, as per the letter we just received.
