While the architecture should be better, innovation happens more often in nondescript buildings in suburban office parks than it does in downtown cathedrals.

So, who is the anchor tenant ?
Wow, this project has gone so "Toronto". A promising design refined and redesigned into something completely unfit for the location.
I recall the goal with Queens Quay was to create one of the world's great streets. It's incredibly difficult to do that with awful architecture.
I've always wished I could enjoy a Markham office park when I visit the waterfront. Dreams really do come true!
