The Mix variety store pulled out of 40 Wellesley last weekend & relocated on Yonge, just north of Wellesley. I forgot I grabbed this shot, taken Wednesday, wasting no time clearing the building out.
EDIT: Although 50 Wellesley is still getting zoning approvals, I imagine that like Musée and oneeleven condos which are being built side-by-side at Adelaide and Bathurst, there will be one big excavation pit here. After excavation, 50 would have to wait for approvals if they haven't been received by then. Axiom's excavation went ahead without it having coming approval.
