Nice shots. There sure is a heck of a lot of black and white in Miami North... a few splashes of colour would be welcome. That said, if they finish with (what I'm guessing is a smokey black) good balcony glass, this might turn out better than the Casa clan.

There was nothing special about this building from the get go...other than it's tall. So I am not surprised at all.
