@Koops65 great work! Allow me a little bit of critique though. This area is a nightmare to try to figure out where everything is going to be built. But right off the bat, there are a couple of things you are missing from your model. Vita 2 is one thing that's missing. In addition, there is a whole plot of land between where you have Jade and Vita in your model. That plot belongs to Conservatory group and I'm sure it will host an atrocious tower at some point in the future. Currently occupied by Water's Edge sales office.

Does anyone know if Conservatory has proposed anything for the site?
Also, does anyone know what is to become of the plot of land I have in yellow?

The yellow box will become a park from my understanding.

Conservatory got zoning approved for the site probably almost a decade ago now, but in their classic style their developments move at an absolute crawl. They are sitting on probably a half-dozen zoning approved sites around the GTA right now.

From the City's 2008 preferred Master Plan concept:

Long since outdated given all that's gone on, but it shows the intention for the park space (more like open public space based on the artist' depiction) on that yellow parcel of land

edit: closer inspection makes it appear that the property line is shared with Eau du Soleil. Was the yellow plot of land part of their Section 42 perhaps?
