Thanks for catching the new height. The database file has been updated for 177.1 metres.

Parking-wise, the high number of spaces comes for a few things;
  • a number of tandem spaces for the largest suites
  • spaces for the phase 3 commercial building
  • lots of visitor spaces

…but yeah, the number still seems way over-the-top.

Yet one more large building giving another reason to get that GO Station built. Right now traffic is even more chaotic than usual since the streetcar tracks on Lake Shore Blvd are being dug up and replaced. That project will help when completed if, say, needing to get to St. Joseph’s hospital for an appointment but not so much for commuting downtown.
