They were washing the new floor in centre section of east Front Moat today. Two sets of double doors will clearly be opening - see blue line paths. I assume the next set of doors, further west, will open next as the floor is done but they probably need to space as working area. They are also working on filling in at east end too. Moving' along

Work going on today with lots of guys doing 'finishing touches' and putting up signage. The new pathway may actually open tomorrow.

Yes, a pity BUT ceiling painting really is among the final tasks and better they open things up than sit around watching paint dry!
