Toronto Treviso Condos | 91.13m | 24s | Lanterra | P + S / IBI

Those street level columns are straight out of a Peel Condo Guide, circa 2001. What a shame.
The podium for this development is better then any podium built in Mississauga or Brampton or Caledon in the last 15-20 years. At least this has a consistent creation of streetwall, good materials, retail and a really strong form. As for the colonades, their alright, they remind me of a project on St. Clair, although I'm sure this project is going to be much more successful street level wise comparative to that project.

Behind the For Lease plaza is a day care. It is brand new. But is there any hope that the day care and this for lease plaza can turn into a fourth building. Also now that these buildings are soon complete could the Shoppers on Lawrence not move in and a fifth tower erect.

Another project long between visit and haven't miss much. More up on site

There sure nothing Italian about this project. It's been what 2-3 years since tower one was completed and it finally has its first retail rental. It's an Zaza Espresso Bar at the south-west corner on Lawrence.

The sidewalk for tower one is a lot smaller on Lawrence than tower 2, as well Dufferin.

I like the water-fountain they have put in the centre court of tower 1 & 2. I also like the screen effect on Dufferin St compare to Lawrence.

I don't think I'd mind for a minute if this type of built-form/materials became the standard for suburban arteries/buildings.

An ODSP office is going to open on the main floor of the condo.

It would be great for those with disabilities, including myself (autism).
You mean this? They take up most of Lawrence spacing in the first tower, but not sure if they have the east corner unite.

Soooo much for being Italy, and a failure on many levels. Photos shot on Dec 15 up on site.

Traffic was a bitch going east that I walked to the subway faster than any of the eastbound buses at Dufferin St. They were still blocks away when I hit the subway, considering I did a photo shoot of a new site along the way.

Yes!

It is such a much needed amenity, especially given how many people with disabilities live in the area.

I missed these photos when they were originally posted. I love that they built the canal-style water feature. It looks surprisingly urbane for the area.

The project in general turned out great. It's about as good as you can possibly expect in terms of urbanizing a suburban stretch like this.

Here's how it looked from the air several days ago:

I'm guessing the last phase is all done construction? Anyone in the area to get a shot of the completed building?
