The flatiron building is actually the next rental building - Tretti is the building rising next door along the offramp. Going to be quite the area once all of the buildings are completed!

Cautiously optimistic about this one. I like the form and how it meets the streetscape.
 
Anyone else notice how all the Collecdev buildings in this corner have been using the same materials? The black matte metal copied from 20 Monte Kwinter and the grey gloss copied from 38 Monte Kwinter. Also the condo in this development had a different planned exterior but so far it looks like they are using the exact same things as the iron shaped apartment beside it..

Really gonna have a battle between the red brick and the grayscale in this area once everything's done haha
 
The cladding here for these buildings is quite sharp. Best looking among the whole Wilson station area cluster by far.
