I agree. I'm curious as to when the Waterfront Toronto will develop the park beside this building. I would suspect that the land has already been conveyed to the WT, as it was part of a swap and the tower is built on part of the WT's land that is part of the swap. So, I'm curious as to whether there's some sort of agreement to leave it as a parking lot until the development is done so that the builders can use it for parking or if WT is just being slow.

For example, I don't see any reason why this park shouldn't have been included in the design competition for the other two WT parks that is currently going on.
