However, from within a unit with exposed concrete ceilings, it doesn't look better when there is an abrupt stop (because the underside of the balcony is painted). A congruent look is way better.

Never mind the balconies what do the back of the white lines attached to the window look like from inside the unit,
and am I missing something, why would you want your view interrupted like that.

March 30
A lot up on site for the 25 & 30

As for the bracing, blank wall there in some place and will block the view somewhat in other places.

Theatre taking its place amidst this increasingly full bouquet of skyscrapers. Please excuse the three-year-old iPhone photo quality.

These new pictures are wonderful! I can't wait to see how the balconies turn out!

This quote was used by someone describing the RCMI, but it applies to Theatre Park as well: "It's a glass box, but it's a REALLY REALLY nice glass box."

Fantastic looking building! This area will look even better with the Gehry towers.

everyone thanks for the updates.
this tower really is one of my favourite box in the city (till now). hope it turn out to be good and any idea when this will top out? June or July or more time?

The white bands are not that wide, there are a lot of floor to ceiling glass so the views will be blocked very minimally. I think it would look interesting seeing that element from the inside of your unit though I'm concerned about dirt accumulating behind it particularly at the attachement points and how (or if) the window cleaners are going to clean it.

I love this building, it's stunning so far.

Yes I was wondering about how they are going to be able to keep the windows clean. I wonder how raised from the windows the white bands are? Will they be able to clean the glass under the bands? I would hate to have pigeon crap stuck there and it never getting cleaned off.

Actually looking at the photos again, it looks like there would be enough room for a someone to squeegee the window under the bands.

I'm talking about the backside of the bands. That's what resident see, but window cleaners can't. And the bands are white so dirt will be more visible.
