The streetwall game is definitely strong on this one. Gonna be quite the vantage point canyon along Adelaide when this is done.

Can't wait to see the curtain wall's cladding and glass on this building's podium! I believe we're dealing with reddish, orange cladding and who knows what kind of colored glass to match with.

Looks like they're forming the roof of the podium - should move on to the tower in a few weeks and then this thing will really take off.

Wrong thread. This one will have alot of stone.
This one will have zero stone, but it will have brick on the podium levels and precast concrete on the tower levels.

^yes, precast was what i meant. my point was that it's not all glass.

SPA set is no longer on the AIC, but I'm betting those are aluminum panels, not precast, on the upper portions...
