I think they're just dirty from sitting at the plant/ on a truck / on site and will probably get washed down after everything is mostly complete - this usually helps the panels appear more uniform.
The window treatments in the top portions don't match those of the rendering either: the windows have all definitely been value engineered, sorry.Will they still be doing the window treatment on the lower units? That was a rather striking design feature and, without it, the building looks quite plain. Lamb usually builds good looking buildings so I am still hopeful they are coming.

Sure, except the unit layouts aren't great, balconies aren't on the optimal exposure (for solar performance or use) and the execution of concept is poor.Perfect form. Narrow, tall, dense...we should be replicating this *everywhere*!
