Not sure if there a thread for this as I don't see one.

The building is sold and that nice parking lot makes a good site for another development.

Are we sure the thread has the correct addresses? What's listed doesn't even include the whole parking lot.

I am assuming the parking lot will be part of this building and already bought as well being #440.

452 and 458 Richmond Street West, the 3 storey office building west of the parking lot, has been vacant for at least 6 months now.
There is a sold sign on the buildings.
 
Is it certain that this parking lot will be combined with the building at 452 Richmond? Was the data centre plan there abandoned or declined?

I assume this will be used as a sales centre for a condo development? I can't imagine it will be left like that.
