Between this, the new builds at Distillery, and the new devs on Queen, there will definitely be more activity in the neighbourhood. Ontario Line can't come soon enough.

I'm moving back in 2037 when the dust has settled!

One minor quibble about this otherwise excellent development: the thin stripes of spandrel (not nearly as offensive as what's found in typical Toronto condo construction, granted) do detract somewhat from the vertical sleekness of the red fins. The spaces in between fins should either have been entirely vision glass or the a more seamlessly colour-coordinated reflective spandrel system.
