Love the brick, love the fins, and I have to echo all the nice things people are saying about Claude Cormier. The way he engages with presenters during DRP meetings really speaks to his character. He'll give constructive feedback, of course, but he always delivers his critiques so gently and with obvious respect for the designers. Seems like a really great guy. Must be lovely to work with.

That's funny. I thought I saw someone snapping a pic and wondered if it was a UT'er or someone who owned a unit there. I mean, who else takes pics of construction sites? 🤣 🤣

Too bad you weren't wearing a Northern Light jacket so I could identify you...I would have said hello.
