everything is nice except the grey spandrel. brown span... would have worked too, i guess we cant have it all.

Wish I could have bought one of those cute historic houses on Draper in the 90's when this area was a wasteland. Can you imagine their value now?
Yeah probably a few millions and going up as soon as the Well gets completed due to a flood of amenities, businesses, and rental potential
Also getting a park in the middle of the street for free

Front St West is getting a ton of big projects and can only push the property values up and up

I remember hearing a rumor that Amazon's Grocery store is going in here.
When do we get to hear when the retail stores get slotted in? after the building is fully complete?

The Draper St. houses should be rezoned to allow commercial (but protected as heritage so they can't be demolished) and adapted to become small restaurants, shops, etc. similar to Mirvish Village. A nice street of human-scale amenities would have much more value for the community and the city than maintaining a small enclave of houses for the extremely wealthy.

can they even fit another development in the houses between the well and draper street?
It's less than 20m at the shortest point behind the houses. theres no way a developer would take that for anything more than 1 or 2 storey commercial/retail.
