The condos look like they almost reach Parkdale now. Inner-city Toronto's built form is now starting to resemble that of a typical huge city, at least west of DT.

They more or less do reach Parkdale. The furthest west condo now under construction is on the west side of Dufferin - And there are now a few proposals in Parkdale itself.

I've heard Tridel is starting sales early fall 2019. There are also rental apartments that will start leasing at some point. Not sure about that timing.

Looking at the excavation pictures compared to the underground floor plans, there is a lot more digging to do. There are four underground levels beneath the office building, and six underground levels across the remainder of the site. The Well also has the most complex underground floor plans I've ever seen. This is mostly due to the multitude of uses. There's even a "Jelly Fish Room" on P4 (according to the April 27 2018 drawing submitted for the SPA application).
