For the number of point towers on podiums we get in this city, I actually find the massing of this to look quite nicely thought-out.

It does appear that they will go that route, but to be specific, it would be stained as opposed to just painted. Staining soaks in below the surface somewhat, so it does not flake in a few years time.

Yes, sorry that what I was wondering. I guess similarly to the Liberty Village buildings by PlazaCorp? thank you! I guess actual red brick has become too expensive. Over here in the east, Canary Park has pre-cast brick that does not look good. Sad really.
