Demolition of the building behind the sales centre has begun, so this one is officially in the prep stage.

aren't there already 3 copies of it built by the developer in the city already ... boutique 1, boutique 2 and the one across from the Drake Hotel if it's the design that you fancy.

My office was on the 3rd floor of this building. We had to get out just a few months ago due to the demolition. It's sad that such a beautiful space was destroyed to make way for this condo development..
