Definitely a perfect opportunity to fix up the ground plane there. The parking garage is one of the worst offenders in creating the perception that the lakefront is cut off by the condos.

How interesting would it be to get a joined twin tower there. Sorta of like a wide slab with a hole in the middle. I'm sure the neighbouring towers would appreciate that.
