Sky rocket high rents in the neighbourhood leave any disposable income out of question for dining/entertainment.
I ate there once. The food was just okay, quality-wise. You need to be better than okay if what you charge screams "this is really good food".

I've eaten there many times - my office is around the corner. I found the food good, but it was a very strangely managed place. Service wasn't particularly good and from Day One half the beers on tap were out of stock. It's too bad because the burger was very good and I preferred it to the Jack Astor's / Milestones blandness in the area.
