I counted the one they are working on as floor 10…. But it looks like they’ll have a half floor type of thing for the balcony entrance?It's 10 storeys, so guessing there's at least one more after this (if not 2) to go..?

That red building, to which this project sorta resembles, looks like it houses some sorta spiral parking facility...least from what I gather from poking at it via Street View.Perhaps they were thinking of Nordhavnen...

And produces far fewer greenhouse gases. Frankly, I don't see any downsides to timber frame, so let's make every mid-rise with it. .So basically 8 months from the installation of the first beams to the final floor - wood construction sure is speedy!
