I counted the one they are working on as floor 10…. But it looks like they’ll have a half floor type of thing for the balcony entrance?

Just going by last Saturday's pics where they were working on 9... guess they finished that floor and started on floor 10, in just four days... fast.

This project is really making a presence next to the neighbouring park. A really lovely playfulness between the sloping path of the park and the tiered grid of the building.

That red building, to which this project sorta resembles, looks like it houses some sorta spiral parking facility...least from what I gather from poking at it via Street View.

And produces far fewer greenhouse gases. Frankly, I don't see any downsides to timber frame, so let's make every mid-rise with it. .
