The One York office tower on the database has a height of 570ft? A few members over on skyscraper forum mentioned it was downgraded to 530ft? Can anyone confirm this?

yep, Interchange mentioned a while ago that the cut a couple of floors off of it, cutting around 10 meters off of the height.

Agree that it's not small, but it's not big either. We're living in an age of where 400-600m office towers get built.

I'd rather see these many holes in the urban fabric plugged by these squat office towers, than wait until a single super-tall took their place. Also, stepping down the heights of these wider structures as they get nearer the lake shore does actually seem to make sense to me.

It could take up to a year to reach ground level if they are building the entire parking structure for the 3 buildings (which would make sense to do all at the same time).
