I went over to check out the lobby last night, security said so far up to floor 20 in the east tower is occupied. Nothing in the west tower.

This is neat: "Harbour Eats by Mercatino will operate an impressive food hall with an expansive terrace overlooking a new city park and Lake Ontario. Pedestrian entrances are at street level and PATH level, and designated retail parking is accessible from both Harbour Street and Lake Shore Boulevard."

the "key" tenant is still TBD. Looking forward to seeing who takes the 60,000 sq ft space.

West tower. I'm guessing somewhere between 28-35. Maybe this was a controlled activity and not a flood. Not sure.
