hmm, one interesting point re: that. On Menkes own website, harbour plaza is only under the 'coming soon' section, not 'under construction':

The original middle crane has now gone, and a new luffing crane is being assembled on the office tower section.

I agree, rumour here has one tower sold out and the other 80-90% sold

Why wouldn't it go ahead in its current form? Sales have been very good.

hmm - all the posts said a crane was coming down, but these photos show a yellow crane being assembled as the previous cranes were all white. So it doesnt appear a crane was lost, just a replacement likely because the previous one was where the RBC Path connection is.

This should be topped off by Spring 2015, so opening in 2016 should be no trouble at all.
