Now that they got all those reps in, they can increase it to a once per quarter rate next year.

The new road is about there but roads are not normally built with what looks like good soil. Are the builders of Time & Space involved? :->

Appears to be a stock pile, it doesn’t necessarily indicate work is starting.

My guess: the pile location is the most out of the way from either of the developments. Road gets built after dirt is used on the park, during construction of north site.
