What is happening here... they had a sale day awhile back but nothing has happened or been announced since...

Been to their office March 10 and been told construction should start April 2012

I know for a fact demo isn't going to start till at least may. Cause the two buildings are still occupied & I work in one of them!!

Demo is underway with the west building gone.

The sales office is being setup in TTC parking lot and almost ready to open.
