Waterfront Toronto took a warranty walk through Sherbourne Common last week. There were about three dead trees which will be replaced by our contractor. (This total is actually low compared to the normal die off one can expect with new projects.) Please note that the Beech trees along the east side bud later than the maples etc. This may give the initial impression that the trees are dead….but they are not.
Any reason why you guys couldn't clean the water channel before you turned on the water? Shouldn't we expect that as a standard procedure? What was the point of putting in an attractive paving design in the water channel, if we can't see it due to dirt? You guys do realize that children frequently play in that channel. (even though it is officially prohibited)
Is this going to be a yearly occurrence? (the same thing did happen last year)
