This looks like they took one piece of the giant egg beater that sits at 1 Yonge and just moved it down the street.
Indeed, but the egg beater is actually at the Residences of the World Trade Centre, 10 Yonge St.

Just a little note to all of those who said that Café Neuf would never make it…still here and thriving! Also the fountains are all cleaned up and working and this area looks lush and beautiful. Taken 22 June.View attachment 574622View attachment 574623

That's great! I was there 2 weeks ago & there was a heavy water-logged duvet (yes, I tried to drag it out) in the fountain & other garbage. Looks much better now! 😊

Has this spaced been used? It is at the southeast corner of the
Innovation Centre. I think that it is well placed and could act as a little theatre\cinema for the budding community here. Or maybe GB/French University could use it?

Boozy brunch at Simona’s! In this thread because the patio is going to really activate the east end of the Common. This area is lovely! 🥰

Is it bougie? Fuck yes! And I love it! Lol

Taken 23 June.

I believe it was an earlier post of yours that introduced me to Simona's which was why I was in the area recently. I loved it too!

Reasonable (Simona's = somewhat) restaurants with lake views are rare in TO, and restaurants with a park view even rarer yet Simona's has both. Most importantly, the food's actually good too and isn't just your typical burger & fries. And of course, lot's of fun new architecture to admire nearby.
