If that concrete remains exposed and unclad, this could be one of the best buildings (of its size) of the last boom.

Building's looking 'steep'! Maybe I shoulda bought here...wonder if there's any units left.
Anyone know what the vertical yellow "bolsters" or pins on the terrace are for? Looks like they are trying to keep even distance between the floors like braces but wouldn't the concrete have set months ago on these floors?

That's the only one I've ever seen. And I've lived downtown for more than a year. I guess that makes me pathetic LOL!!! I'm gonna go google these locations now.

I'm loving the look of this building. If all this concrete stays exposed, it will have a very strong brutalist appearance. Has anything in that style even been built here since the 70s?
