this is the coolest building going up right now, and having Zanzibar in the same frame just adds to the big city urban vibe.

How can you not love the flash of Zanzibar. It's the best neon sign in the city. Hell, it's one of the only neon signs left on Yonge Street, sadly. BRING BACK SAMS!

The brickwork on the building with Fido at the base is nice. So many nice older buildings on Yonge hiding behind ugly signs and awful renovations.

I think it would be boring if every single building on Yonge Street, or anywhere in a downtown core for that matter, met the street in the same way. I'm glad they're doing something different here, at least with the stepped entrance. The retail treatment I'm going to wait and see...
