As construction continues on phase three of River City, Urban Capital has sold over 95 % of the units. Occupancy is planned for Spring 2018.

For such an audacious design the glazing looks pretty cheap. I was expecting curtain wall here.

Phases 1 and 2 turned out great in my book, I'll wait to pass judgment on this one until we see more of it. I love the extrusions.
