Well,.... save some popcorn for me!
Yet, another Bazis "project" without their famed architect Roy Varacalli,.... just like:
- Estates on Bayview - upzoned then flipped to RUP's Empress Park to be re-designed by Giovanni A Tassone Architect Inc.

- Oasis on Lawrence - downsized to fewer lots with re-designed Suriano Architectural Design townhouses - still in Planning with Community Consultation likely next month

- 11 Yorkville Bazis part of land assembly team,... but that project will proceed with RioCan, Metropia and Capital

See the trend lately, Bazis focusing more on land assembly, submitting development application for upzoning,... then selling off,... Bazis not focusing so much on the actual execution of development, construction, sales, etc,...
Bazis must be sitting in cash from recently completed Exhibit, selling off their rental interest in e-Condo's north tower to RioCan, etc,...
Here, Bazis assembled the land,... is listed as owner, and submitted development application,... for rental tower. Does anyone really think Bazis would stick around to manage a rental tower (especially with how their EmeraldPark condo towers are managed by FirstService)? Remember a development application usually takes 2 years to get through City Planning,... Bazis last project under construction now, 1 Yorkville, will likely have occupancy and closing date around then,... hmmmm,....
This is definitely NOT a Roy Varacalli design,... it's Core Architect,... so where's Bazis' famous partner and the greatest locally stationed architect Roy Varacalli??? Working for someone else it seems,...

What is Bazis without fame architect Roy Varacalli???
