It's a BIG project! The scale in person is MASSIVE compared to everything around it there's nothing that comes close.

Shame about the name of the park in which it's located
It is a really interesting structure, but looking a bit tired now. It could use a wee refresh. I'm surprised no one has suggested adding murals to all those blank concrete walls, though I'm not sure how I'd feel about it if they did.The pool at the end of Woodbine has always intrigued me as a bit of a gem. What could a really creative designer do?!

Well... as a Jays fan it can certainly be brutal to watch them play this season.Nooooo! The big blank concrete is beautiful on that pool. People can't handle brutalism and always think it's unfinished or boring, but that's the style. Clean and simple. And brutal. I love it as is. They already ruined the west side of Robarts and are about to tear down the Science Centre. I wonder if the SkyDome can be considered brutalism.
Pretty sure it’s the original pumping station? Built in the 1910s. The pumping station that is shaped as a circle was built 1975. The old building is still operational. Found this: https://urbantoronto.ca/news/2012/07/then-and-now-ashbridges-bay-pumping-station.6151Not sure. Is it pumping station maybe?
