I don't know, you know. I'm envisioning that entire strip b/t Peter and Spadina bulldozed to make way for a giant...Best Buy. But we'd at least keep the storefront shells, stuccoed over of course.

I'd go with the Dubai Marina. Those heritage,stucco covered facades would look great plastered on the open air parkade podiums.
