I'll take this over some of the taller stuff to the east and south of this.

A fair point, and agreed. I actually like the massing, the northeast corner cutout, and the way the brick frames the glazing. But the choice of colour for the brick is unfortunate, and the setback portion up top is really a mess.

It's very beige and grey and rather dull. It's not awful though compared to stuff like Vivid, West Lake, Allure etc.

So perhaps a 3/10?
